Our heat pumps all work off the standard UK power supply 240v 50Hz(1 Phase), some units are also able to work off 400v 50Hz(3 Phase) – with different fuse ratings for each appliance, we do not recommend using a power generator as a power supply.

At this moment in time we do not have this function available on our units, but we are looking at incorporating it.

Can I see how much my energy is costing me?

Everyone’s energy costs are different and therefore we cannot tell you what the cost is. However, it is worth investigating with your energy supplier to see if they have a specific tariff for properties using heat pumps as their heat source.
