Terms of Use for Qvantum App

These Terms of Use govern your use of our mobile application and its services (the “App”). The Terms of Use apply between you and Qvantum Energi AB, company registration number 556476-1954, Ji-te gatan 7, 265 38 Åstorp, Sweden (“Qvantum”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms Qvantum is responsible for the App and its content. By clicking the acceptance box and then using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you must refrain from using the App.
  2. User Responsibility and Authority You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is in accordance with its purpose, applicable laws and regulations and does not damage, interfere with or threaten the safety of others or the system. You are responsible for all access and use of the App by you on various devices, whether or not you own them, in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App to control products other than those provided by Qvantum. You must be of legal age under the laws of your country to use the App. If you are a minor, you must confirm that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the App. By accepting these Terms of Use in accordance with paragraph 1 above, you confirm that you are authorized to use the App. If you accept these Terms of Use on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the right to do so.
  3. Privacy and Data Collection We respect your privacy. By using the App, you agree to our data policy regarding the collection and use of your data in connection with the use of the App. Please see our information policy for the App and our overall privacy policy for more information.
  4. Functionality and Content The purpose of the App is to control those of Qvantum’s products that are compatible with the App from time to time. Qvantum will continue to develop its products and the App and will therefore make changes to the App and its functionality. Qvantum reserves the right to limit functionality or to cease the provision of the App.
    Qvantum cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free use of the App as this may also be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. poor Internet connection).
    Qvantum has the ownership of the App and the intellectual property rights it contains.
  5. Limitation of Liability The App is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. Qvantum is not liable under any circumstances for damages – direct or indirect – arising from your use of the App.
  6. Changes to the Terms of Use We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be notified in the App or via other appropriate channels. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically to be aware of any changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms of Use, you are free to discontinue your use of the App. If you use the App after a change of the terms, you accept the new Terms of Use.
  7. Termination of User Account We reserve the right to terminate your user account if we believe that you are in breach of these Terms.
